    • Name and claim your emotions
    • Let people have their own experiences/feelings/consequences
    • Fantasy role-play with your anger.  What does your anger want you to do?  What does it want you to say?  Fantasize your pants off about it.  It's ok if fantasies are harmful when they stay in your brain and help your brain achieve a sense of satisfaction and validation.  
    • Take any other actual, unharmful action necessary to care for yourself.
